The purpose of the Hammer Blower is to smash up waste (waste being undersized nut, & husk) from the Dehusker whilst in operation, and blow this waste out, via PVC or metal pipe to a desired location outside the processing shed.

Hammer Blowers are bolted to the bottom of the dehusker & are fitted up to the under chute of the Dehusker.

The Hammers are fabricated from Bisaloy steel, with internal hardfacing to prolong the lifespan.

The outer case of the machine is powdercoated for durability, and ease to keep clean.

The Hammers are fixed on the 1.1kw & 1.5kw models, but free-swinging on the Extra Large 7.5kw Model.

There are three sizes in the HammerBlower range:

• Small Hammer Blower 1.1kw
• Large Hammer Blower 1.5kw
• Extra Large Hammer Blower 7.5kw
